A 90-day program for women building service-based businesses

BUILT&LAUNCHED

Your Business Foundation in 90 Days

Thirteen weeks. Live coaching every Tuesday. Kickoff call November 2. Enrollment closes November 6.

You want a business with purpose that also pays you well. You just don't know if you're allowed to want that.

You're allowed.

You've been carrying the idea a while. Or you've already started, and you've been winging it with nothing solid underneath.

You want work that means something to you. You want it to pay you. And you want a life outside of it.

Most of what you've been handed covers one of those, maybe two.

Built & Launched is thirteen weeks of building your business around the life you want, with a small group of women doing it alongside you.

The goal: in thirteen weeks, about eight hours a week, a business with a solid foundation underneath it. If you're just launching, your first paying client too.

This program is built to get you there. What you walk out with depends on the work you put in.

A business you'll want to keep

It starts with you

The first three weeks are your vision, your values and who you want to serve. What you build fits the person building it.

It's built to last

Bookkeeping, a contract, onboarding, a way to deliver your work. The pieces that keep a business steady long after launch day.

It leaves room for your life

About eight hours a week, including calls and homework. Most of the week's work gets done in the Friday Co-Working Session, so it doesn't follow you into your evenings.

The Foundation Five™

Five phases, built in the order a business needs them. Audit sits in the middle, so you check your foundation before you take it out into the world.

ClarityWeeks 1 to 3

Vision, ideal client, a clear offer and price.

BuildWeeks 4 to 6

Brand, legal and financial setup, a live website.

AuditWeek 7

Catch up, show your work, get feedback.

MarketWeeks 8 to 10

Sales conversation, marketing plan, a month of content.

LaunchWeeks 11 to 13

Announce it, book calls, go after your first client.

Who's teaching this

I built my first business without a plan. I worked out the structure years later, after enough hard quarters to know which parts actually hold a business up and which ones I'd wasted time on.

Built & Launched is the order I wish someone had handed me. Thirteen weeks, in sequence, with the foundation going in before the things that make a business look good from the outside.

I don't believe there's one right way to build a business. I believe you get to decide what success looks like for you, then build the business that supports it. That's the work I do with women: businesses that mean something to them, pay them well, and still leave room for a life.

I'm a business coach and speaker with an MBA and a PCC credential from the ICF, and I've run my own businesses in real estate and coaching for 25+ years.

Questions

I've already started my business. Is this for me?

Yes. Plenty of women come in already working and already earning, with nothing solid underneath. You'll still do every week, including the legal and financial setup, because that's usually the part that got skipped. At kickoff we'll look at what's already in place, so you know where to put your focus.

What happens at the kickoff call?

We meet as a group on Monday, November 2, from 5:00 to 6:00pm PT. You'll meet the women in your group, get your portal and calendar set up, and know exactly what Week 1 asks of you. It's recorded, so if you can't make it live or you register after November 2, you can watch it before your first Coaching call on Thursday, November 5.

What if I can't make a session live?

Coaching and Guest Expert sessions are recorded and posted in your portal. The Co-Working Session isn't recorded. It's live working time, and it's the one to protect, because that's where the week's work gets finished.

How much time does this really take?

About eight hours a week, including the live calls and the work between them. Two of those hours are the Friday Co-Working Session, where most of the building happens. Week 7 runs lighter.

I don't have a website, a logo, or a business name.

You'll have all three. Week 4 is your brand. In Week 6 you'll customize a website template I give you.

Is this one-on-one coaching?

No. It's a small group, and that's deliberate. You get coaching every Tuesday and other women building at the same time as you, which is the part women tell me they didn't know they needed.

I'm not sure this is the right time.

Then let's talk it through before you decide. Book a call with me at TalktoCoachJen.com. If it isn't the right time, I'll tell you.

What happens when the ninety days are up?

You leave with a 90-day plan for what comes next. If you want to keep going, enroll in The Peace, Purpose & Profits Accelerator within 14 days of finishing, and your Built & Launched pay-in-full amount is credited toward it, however you paid.

OPEN

Ninety days from now
